Online with Maya: credit or debit card, QR Ph, or your Maya wallet. A 2% convenience fee is added to the online payment. Your order is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through, and we email you.

Shipping is cash on delivery: you pay the courier when your order arrives. It isn't part of the online payment.

No. You can check out as a guest and follow your order with the link in your email. With an account, all your orders and training registrations stay in one place.

Each product shows if it is in stock or which batch it belongs to. Preorders ship when their batch arrives.

Use Request a product. Requested items are backordered, and we confirm the price and timing before you pay.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us as soon as you can and we will make it right. The details are in returns and refunds in our Terms of Use.

Yes. Add the kits to your cart and choose “Request a quotation” instead of placing an order. We reply with a quotation ready for procurement.

Open the session on the Training page, enter who is attending, and pay online. Paid spots are confirmed once the payment goes through (we hold them for 1 hour while you pay). We email you a link to your registration.

Tell us at least 3 days before the session: we can move your registration to another session or refund it. After that, the fee can't be refunded, but you may send someone else in your place. See our Terms of Use.

Diagnosis and troubleshooting are free for life. Every kit also comes with Lab access to its manuals, code and videos.
